The principle of the S-type screw jack is that the worm shaft driven worm wheel rotates, the middle of the worm wheel is the inner thread-hole mechanism (engaged with the screw), and then the rotation motion is transmitted to the straight-line movement up and down the screw!
The principle of the R-type screw jack is that the worm shaft driven worm wheel rotates, the worm wheel is connected with the screw by key, so the rotation motion is transmitted to the screw rotation motion, the screw drives the nut above to do up and down straight line movement!
Each type of screw jack can be directly connected to the AC motor /Servo Cylinder/stepper motor/explosion-proof motor via the motor flange coupling, but the power of the motor does not exceed the maximum allowable power of the screw jack, the standard configuration motor is ABB/WEG/SEW/NORD!
Each type of screw jack can be directly connected to a wide range of AC gear motors via a motor flange and coupling, but the maximum input torque of the spiral lift needs to be checked, with a minimum speed of 5mm/min or less. The equipped gear motor can be a helical gear motor, parallel helical gear motor, bevel gear motor, worm gear motor, standard configured SEW/NORD/Siemens and so on!
